Delizie Cambon was born from a simple conviction: the oldest foods are often the most extraordinary. Chestnut flour fed entire villages in Renaissance Tuscany — not because it was inferior, but because it was abundant, nourishing, and profoundly delicious.
It fell from fashion as wheat dominated global agriculture. We're bringing it back — as a premium specialty ingredient with the depth of flavor and nutritional profile today's discerning buyers are looking for. Alongside our imports, we produce limited-release wines from California's premier grape growers.
